With the Homecoming Dance being moved to Saturday, October 22, another Spirit Week occurred the week of October 17. The themes for the new Spirit Week included: Jocks, Rockers, Christmas, Country, and Green and Gold.

While at first everyone was slightly confused about the new Spirit Week, people still decided to participate as if it were the first Homecoming week we have had this year.

SGA advisor Mr. Swofford said SGA “took a vote in order to decide the themes.”

The plan was originally that the underclassmen themes were going to be Nerds, Rockers, Cats, City, and Gold.

 

While the upperclassmen themes for the week were going to be Jocks, Rappers, Dogs, Country, and Green.

 

However, that was changed due to the PSAT Wednesday and the PLAN Friday for sophomores.

Junior Caiden Longoria said, “It was fantastic because the themes were interesting.”
